How much does a corporate wine tasting cost?
In-person corporate tastings are priced as a flat hosting fee for Michael's time and expertise, plus the wine, which is selected to fit your budget. Pricing depends on group size, format, location and date, so every corporate event gets a custom quote. Virtual team tastings are a flat group fee plus a per-person kit that includes tax and shipping — see our virtual tastings page for current kit prices.
How many people can attend a corporate wine tasting?
We've led corporate tastings for as few as 8 executives and as many as 200 conference guests. Seated, guided tastings work best for groups up to about 50; walk-around tasting stations work well for larger holiday parties and receptions. Virtual events can include multiple simultaneous sessions for very large teams.
How long does a corporate wine tasting last?
Most corporate tastings run 60 to 90 minutes. Executive dinner pairings follow the pace of the meal, and walk-around holiday formats can run through the length of your event.
Where do in-person corporate tastings take place?
Wherever works for your team — your office, a restaurant private dining room, an event venue, a hotel meeting space or a private home. Michael brings the tasting materials and presentation; you provide the space. In-person events are available in Metro Detroit and Chicago.
Do you offer virtual wine tasting for remote teams?
Yes. Kits ship directly to each participant anywhere in the U.S., and Michael leads a live, interactive 60-minute tasting over Zoom or your preferred platform. Most virtual events book 3–4 weeks ahead to allow time for shipping.

No. Bottles Nation is completely independent. We don't sell wine or promote brands, so every bottle is chosen for quality and fit for your group — and your guests can find what they liked at a local shop afterward.
Can non-drinkers participate?
Absolutely. We can include non-alcoholic options and mocktail kits so everyone on the team can join in.
How far in advance should we book?
Three to four weeks is ideal, and longer for holiday parties in November and December, which fill quickly. For virtual events, the lead time allows kits to ship to every participant.
